How it works

Step 1: Our project manager accurately measures your loft area and will provide a quote. If/when you accept, you can also pay your deposit to secure an installation date.

Step 2: We create a schedule of works (customer copy provided) and start your custom build in our workshops.

Step 3: Our team will arrive at your property to commence work. We take high priority care when working in your home to minimise mess and disruption.

Step 4:Your project will be delivered on time and on budget and you will receive your aftercare pack, guarantees and any building certification required.

Although we are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire we are a nationwide company.

What is building control?

Building control certificates ensure all building work carried out should meet current building codes and regulation requirements. Our Building Control Service ensures that buildings are designed and constructed in accordance with the Building Regulations and associated legislation. The cost of a build control inspection is £500.

What are your payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards – finance can be arrange separately. A 10% deposit is required with your final payment due on completion.

How long will my loft conversion take?

Many factors are considered when trying to estimate the duration of your loft conversion e.g the type of loft conversion package (deluxe, lined etc) and the size of your loft. To give you a rough idea of just how quick and effective our service is; we have outlined some timescales below:

Loft storage conversion: From 1 Day
Eco loft/lined package conversion: From 2 days
Deluxe loft conversions: From 5 days
Habitable loft conversion: From 2 weeks

What is the difference between storage and habitable loft conversions?

A storage conversion must only be used for storage purposes due to strict codes of practice we must abide by. Habitable loft conversions is the only package we other which can can be used as another bedroom. This is because safety measures are put in place to ensure your loft conversion is just as safe as any other room in your house.
