Our company ethos is to treat your home like our own. Through methods that are constantly being developed, we can perform in the dirtiest of loft spaces with minimum disruption to your home. Our standard loft rooms are often being transformed in just one day and our deluxe packages only take 5 days – and that can include removing trusses from your loft space and inserting steel supports for your new floor.

Our Leeds Head Office, warehouse and well-maintained stock system is all on Kirkstall Road and enables us to pass on the lowest possible prices for your materials.

All our staff and tradesmen are fully trained, certified, CRB checked and always in uniform. Our vehicles are purpose built for loft works and are kept extremely clean inside and out. In 99% of cases our tradesmen can complete a loft storage package in just one full working day, creating no mess or disturbance to the rest of your property.

Once works are completed we will clean up after ourselves leaving you with a clean and fully functional storage room.
