HOW LONG IS MY QUOTE VALID FOR?
Your quote is valid for 30 days after the initial quote day.
DOES THE WORK CARRIED OUT ON MY LOFT HAVE A GUARANTEE?
Of course it does, as a business we guarantee our work for 2 years and will come and rectify any issues that you might have. We’ll give you an installation certificate, so if you ever sell your property you can pass this onto the new owners.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STORAGE AND A HABITABLE LOFT CONVERSION?

A storage conversion must only be used for storage purposes.

Non-habitable or storage conversions must not appear to be habitable and must have minimal fixtures and fittings. They must be only dry lined and not plastered and must have a fold-away staircase, not a fixed one.

Habitable spaces must have an appropriate means of escape and a minimum head height of 2 metres is required.

Habitable loft conversions and hobby rooms can be used as another bedroom.

This is because safety measures are put in place to ensure your loft conversion is just as safe as any other room in your house.

It’s important to note that all habitable loft conversions require building control and you should speak to our sister company ecoTrus.
