We work with you to design and create your dream loft conversion which will be condensation and damp-free. We create a cavity for insulation to keep to regulation and increase loadings to o.75kn certification.

Having a loft conversion installed allows you to maximise the storage space in your home. We ensure that it is fully insulated with safe and secure access.

What’s included with our standard loft conversion package?

Tented Walls – Tented walls with polythene to protect the floor area of your landing and high traffic areas up to your loft.
Angle Bead – Architrave and mitred angle bead around your new loft hatch.
Waste Removal – Removal and disposal of old and redundant insulation and all waste materials.
Floorboards – Supply and fit of domestic grade Eager contract tongued and grooved chipboard flooring.
Electrics – Supply and fit electrical circuits, specifications can include lights, sockets, and smoke alarms.
Fold Down Staircase – Re-braced and strengthened loft hatch to accept a new deluxe wooden fold down Fakro ladder.
Flooring – Supply and fit of a new SUB flooring network than Egger tongue and grooved domestic floorboard.
Insulation – Supply and fit insulation to the entire flooring network which will make your loft and home energy efficient all year round.
