What’s included with our Deluxe conversion package?

• Tented Walls – Tented walls to protect the floor area of your landing and high traffic areas up to your loft.
• Angle Bead – Architraves and mitred angle bead around your new loft hatch and cupboard openings
• Removal – Removal and disposal of old and redundant insulation tanks pipes and waste materials.

• P5 Floorboards – Supply and fit of contract P5 grade tongued and grooved chipboard flooring by Egger

• Insulation – Supply and fit insulation to the entire flooring network which will make your loft and home energy efficient all year round.
• Electrics – Bespoke electrical fittings from PIR sensors and hardwired smoke alarms multiple socket and lighting options.
• Cupboard Storage – Build dwarf stud walls to create bespoke cupboards for warm storage in the eaves of the loft (where space permits).
• Hatch & Ladder – Re-braced and strengthened loft hatch to accept a new deluxe wooden fold down Fakro ladder.
• Caulking – Caulk the surrounding hatch area and make it ready for paint (painting not included).
• Flooring – Supply and fit of a new SUB flooring network than Egger tongue and grooved domestic floorboard.
• Plasterboard – Plasterboard the entire loft space.
• Balustrade – Build a Balustrade around the loft opening to make sure your space is safe and has a banister.
